Standard Pre-Purchase inspection regarding NZ Building code 3604. This service allows the EFL team to come through your future house prior to purchase and carry out an inspection and offering quoted costs for any remedials that may be found. This quote can then be used as a tool for price negotiations with the seller to determine repair costs “if any” are required. This is a face value cost as with all inspections, destructive methods are not used.
